Nichole Sharpe, Director, joined New Mountain in 2020. Previously, she was an investment professional in the Buyout fund at L Catterton. Prior to L Catterton, Nichole worked in the Healthcare group at Piper Jaffray.
Nichole received her B.S., magna cum laude, in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Nichole serves on the board of Emmes, Summit Wash Holdings and Amerit, in addition to being actively involved with New Mountain’s current or past investments in Cytel, Classic Collision and Zep.
