Hillel Lehmann, Vice President, joined New Mountain in 2024. Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Lehmann served as Vice President and Head of Strategy & Transformation for Nestlé’s Health Science business. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lehmann served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Strategy at Aimmune Therapeutics. Mr. Lehmann began his career as a Management Consultant, previously working at Ernst & Young, where he led case work with clients across multiple industry verticals focused on growth strategy, operational excellence and M&A diligence.
Mr. Lehmann earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Columbia University.
