James Devlin serves as Chief Executive Officer of Inframark. Mr. Devlin is a seasoned operating executive and investor with directly relevant industry knowledge and experience in waste management and environmental services industries. He has broad management experience as well as a proven track record of successful acquisitions and integrations. Mr. Devlin most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for Valicor Environmental Services. Valicor was the largest company in the U.S. specializing in the collection, transportation and treatment of non-hazardous industrial wastewater, in addition to providing other services, such as product destruction, recycling and waste oil collection and processing. Before Valicor, he also served as Chief Executive Officer for ReCommunity Recycling, which was the largest independent processor of municipally generated curbside recyclables in the U.S. Before ReCommunity, James served as the Chief Executive Officer for Thermo Fluids Inc., which was the 3rd largest collector and processor of used motor oil in the U.S.
Mr. Devlin joined the Board of Directors for Aperion’s portfolio Company Tri Con Works, which is a leading provider of landfill gas system construction projects and industrial construction projects, via their Diamondback construction division.
