Kyle Armbrester is the Chief Executive Officer at Datavant, a health data platform company whose mission is to make the world’s health data secure, accessible, and usable. Datavant enables more than 60 million healthcare records to move between thousands of organizations, more than 70,000 hospitals and clinics, 70% of the 100 largest health systems, and an ecosystem of 500+ real-world data partners.
Kyle previously served as the CEO of Signify Health, where he steered the company towards becoming a frontrunner in technology-enabled services for health plans and risk-bearing organizations. During his tenure, Kyle led Signify through revenue growth while growing the employee base and building a talented leadership team with a breadth of experience in the technology, ecommerce, managed care and government sectors. Kyle led Signify through its Initial Public Offering in February 2021 and its subsequent acquisition of Caravan Health, a leader in enabling accountable care organizations to excel in population health management and value-based payment programs. CVS Health acquired Signify Health in March 2023. Kyle served on the CVS Health management team for 1.5 years thereafter, overseeing healthcare delivery strategy and interoperability.
Before his tenure at CVS and Signify Health, Kyle served at athenahealth as chief product officer and head of corporate development, helping grow the Company’s revenue over a seven-year period. During his time at athenahealth, Kyle conceived and launched athenahealth’s partnership marketplace, signing hundreds of partners that became part of an ecosystem of integrated solutions for providers.
Kyle has previously served on the board of Parexel International, Sevita, R1 RCM, Medalogix. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Government from Harvard University.
