Mike Gawlik, Vice President, joined New Mountain in 2021. Previously, he was an investment professional at WindRose Health Investors. Prior to WindRose, he worked in the Healthcare group at Jefferies. Mr. Gawlik received his B.S., cum laude, in Accounting from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and his MBA in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School.
