Nichole Sharpe, Vice President, joined New Mountain in 2020. Previously, she was an investment professional at L Catterton. Prior to L Catterton, Nichole worked in the Healthcare group at Piper Jaffray.
Nichole received her B.S., magna cum laude, in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 2014 and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 2020.
