Adam Weinstein, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2005. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the overall platform. Specifically, he spends his time helping to run the administration of the firm on a day to day basis, helping to oversee firm management and operations with the CEO, and helps to drive strategy and firm process. He is involved with portfolio company oversight, business development and is also responsible for the day to day oversight of the finance, fund operations, investor reporting, administrative and tax functions across the firms' business lines. He also serves as an Executive Vice President and is on the Board of Directors of New Mountain Finance Corporation, a publicly traded business development company (Ticker: NMFC) which houses part of New Mountain’s debt platform and has sat on various other portfolio company boards. He previously worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, in that firm’s merger and acquisition and private equity investor services areas, with clients that included large and small blue chip private equity and venture capital firms.
He is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Binghamton University. He is involved and sits on the boards of various professional and philanthropic organizations.
